{UAH} Ocen, Gook//Museveni attacks police over poor investigations

Folks;

I have three issues here;

1. The president has lousy handwriting skills. My P3 teacher, Mrs. Jagwer would have assigned the president an extra writing assignment until he made acceptable improvement!

2. With this digital age, the president should invest in PowerPoint tools and train all his RDCs and the rest of the administration operatives on how to use PowerPoint.

3. The police force, especially those with managerial responsibilities, are chiefly UPDF soldiers on secondment to the Police Force. So, these loaned officers are not trained in the art of investigation; they overpower and beat up suspects.
