{UAH} Response to KWESIGA: Serving UNAA leaders
Mr Kwesiga,
Thanks for your response. As your lawyer will probably tell you, we can't have the Sheriff serve you at that event. The challenge in serving you was not that you were not at home. Rather, the challenge was finding your true home. As I mentioned in the email you responded to, the address you have been providing to the Massachusetts Secretary of State is not yours. As recent as November 14, 2014, you filed documents claiming to live in Texas...and you SWORE under PENALTIES of perjury, that you were telling the truth.

As a leader of a Massachusetts corporation, the law requires you to provide your true/correct address to the Secretary of State but I have a police affidavit saying that the address that you provided in Texas is not yours. They found you after running a security check on you.
As for the costs of litigation, I am glad you are concerned about them. I agree with you that it has been very costly. However, you have forgotten that you had over SIX months to deal with the requests of that petition before we went to court. i.e call a Special Meeting, provide the requested records and books and address the validity of the 2010 constitution.
You have also had NINETEEN months to provide the financial records for the Dallas convention and SEVEN months to present the San Diego financial information. This is the first time you have addressed me about the petition and I notice that you are not saying that the constitution is legal, you are not telling us when you are going to allow us to see the records and books of UNAA and you are not telling us when you will call a Special Meeting.
thanks

Subject: {UAH} Serving UNAA leaders
Dear Mr. Musoke:
I travel extensively for work so I am sorry to hear that locating me has been a challenge. I am going to be attending the Tooro American Association (TAA) launch this weekend in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
Temple Shalom Event Hall
Please have the sheriff serve me the papers. I will be more than glad to sign for them.
Taking your grievances to the court is certainly one way of dealing with your misgivings about the UNAA Constitution, unfortunately that will do little to solve your problems. In case you win, the New constitution can still be brought up again for a vote before the UNAA membership and it would pass, so you will have wasted UNAA members money with the unnecessary but very expensive litigation.
That drives up costs for everyone for UNAA will be picking up the tab to hire legal counsel for its leaders, as I am sure you are aware that Article 13 of the UNAA Constitution indemnifies its officers and directors.
If I was in your shoes, a more prudent, more fiscally responsible and less retrogressive path would have been to present your case to the UNAA Membership.
Now, once you lose the court case, I trust you will be in New Orleans and not New York, right? For you, you at least belive in the democracy, through words and deeds, correct?

We are still in the process of serving UNAA leaders. Each one has 20 days to respond. The 20 days include weekends. We contacted the Massachusetts Secretary of State's office for the current addresses of UNAA leaders (the law requires the Secretary of State to have current home addresses of all corporate leaders). Unfortunately, several UNAA leaders provided fictitious or incomplete addresses to the Secretary of State...as recent as November 2014!!e.g Brian Kwesiga has been providing a fictitious address in Texas. The police traced him down to an address in Maryland that he has apparently been using for several years...yet in 2013 and 2014, he filed several documents with the Secretary of State in Massachusetts and claimed that he lived in Texas!Another example is Timothy Gaburungyi. He has been proving an incomplete address. We ended up paying double because the police had to trace his correct address before he was served. Serving Gaburungyi was also challenging because the authorities in Connecticut, his home state, require payment with a money order...which is very old-fashioned and time consuming.thanksFor a faster response please contact me at 415.789.6427sent from Sony Z3 on Vodafone's LTE Network!__._,_.___
