2. Improve Journalist Payments and job security
   
3. Recognize media communication as the 4th arm of Government.
4. Training our own people to become professionals.
   
5. Establishing a School of Journalism and Mass Communication and he is one of the founders of the United Media and Trainers Institute (UMCAT)
6. Promote the Bbaale Francis Annul Anchoring Lecture etc
7. Engaging those how lived close to him for the other side family, journalist, students,etc.
