SURE, ALLAN,.....Exactly, that is why I Gulu to change
completely to that which embraces creating a culture that shall form
us. Especially, a culture that shall positively form our future generations. When you come to Gulu, you'd feel like.....

There are developers but,Gulu must develop as a whole entity
: STRUCTURED.
We can not wait for tribalism to first release its hold on political parties before we embark on forming the culture that forms us!

QUESTION: "CROSSING OVER" TO THE NRM FROM WHICH / WHAT??!

I have never had any problem with becoming a member of any party ( the NRM included).AndI do not see any problem for anyone becoming a member of the NRM movement or any other political party.

But, yes, after what I have seen here (especially in Kampala and Gulu),AND, considering what is going on in respective oppositions party any one who is not committed to party politics would vote NRM.

Especially in Gulu,NRM IS THE PARTY I WOULD VOTE FOR IF I WERE
LEGIBLE.

why?

Yes, because the NRM IS GOING TO WIN REGARDLESS!!! Even the internal conflicts and infighting (mostly tribalism biased) respective oppositions party exhibit is testimony to that.

So why would I vote for any of the opposition parties if I have
a clear set of fundamental development issues to be addressed
urgently?

Gulu is a junk and the opposition are not in position to deliver
the kind of development agenda just now. In essence, we would have to wait for the other political parties to grow.

As one who is not interested in party politics, I would definately
vote NRM so we get going while waiting for the other parties / tribes to grow up.

To be sure, the candidates that seek my consultancy come election 2016 are NRM members. Of course, I shall help with campaign strategies so Gulu gets the development that is so urgent now.

Comrade Laduma,

So you have relocated to Uganda?  Take it one step at a time, you
