{UAH} ARRESTED AGAIN!

Opposition Leader, Dr. Kizza Besigye, has been arrested. Kampala East Police chief, Siraje Bakaleke, said Besigye and the ousted Kampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago were organizing a rally to call for 2016 general poll boycott.
