Not only in Kampala.

I recommend you talk to stake holders like Elders in each region, Artists from each region.

Then you come up with a 5, 10, 15, 20, 50 year Plans for each regions National theatre. i.e. formualte plans with stakeholders.

NB: Standards of Theatres should be of First world not Kaliro or Nakaseke standards!!!!!!!
