{UAH} Govt Do Something Cancers, Strokes & Flu

Mr.. Bwanika:

With more information Engineer Kyayonka (RIP) should have reduced his workload.  According to the story he had kidney problems for which he was receiving treatment for the last 18 years.  He took on some very stressful assignments such as  Chairman NSSF and that could have triggered the stroke.

He was a very humble fellow. Gook mentioned that his death is a big loss to the Budo Community.  Back then some of the top officials at Shell Uganda were Budo OBs, senior one being Mr. Lwanga  Kaggwa who had been administrative manager and when Mr. Kyayonka joined he was the sales manager and therefore Engineer Kyayonka's line boss. His immediate boss was the late engineer Kigozi who was chief engineer at the time.

May his soul RIP.

Uganda Government must do something very quickly: The media must involve medical doctors through get data about cancers and stroke prevelance given lack medical records.

Ugandans are now dying from cancers and getting paralysed from strokes in increasingly big numbers.

I've never known so many people dying from strokes or get strokes (neurological problems) and cancer as the case is today in this country. The population cluster has also surprised me since people dying from cancers appear to be younger.

Is there a correlation between cancer and strokes?

What are the causes, what type of population cluster is suffering from these problems, where and what do they eat or live? Is it motor vehicle pollution (VOC) or consuming heavily burned cooking oil Ugandan are fond of eating for deep fried food stuffs?

There must be something really wrong within our environment. If you visit fresh food markets tomatoes, green pepper, eggplants etc are covered pesticides and herbicides. Kampala is heavily polluted with fuel fumes - I am told there is a person who has done such a study at Makerere. Has government read his report?

Kampala temps have jumped from 22 -24 to 37 -29 degrees C!  This is terrible then what about the rest of the country?

Urgency is required in this matter
