The government we have in power in Uganda is called The Movement. Most of them are UPC members anyways, did you have, or have you ever seen a UPC government saving civilians from war? So cut the nonsense of your father's belief that it is the responsibility of state to protect civilians in a war, he saved all those people out of Mutukula Masaka Mpigi Entebbe axis for he was silly. And to today no body except me has recognized that act. On record UPC remains the only party that has been in power two times , embedded its leadership with wars yet it never set up a single plan to save civilians. To UPC degree holder reasoning, your father should have left them in there so that honny Acholi/Langi soldiers get women to rape. So your cry of civilians is way debunked for this forum, don't even go there. Look we are sitting in a forum with killers, do you know Barigye's problem into Burundi today? My God are they starting genocide? And WBK was very candid, you see I am the person that posted a priority one on this takeover as soon as it got it, and do you know how WBK responded? My God what is the tribe of the General? My God Acholi are killing their own civilians even before the government forces arrive.
The caring about our innocent people dying left Uganda with your father, the society we have today are bicupuli people.
