{UAH} ITS HAPPENING NOW!! BESIGYE ARRESTED AGAIN

Dr Kizza Besigye arrested, taken to Jinja Police station together with his driver. Police fire teargas to disperse crowds.

Besigye's car destroyed as police tried to pull him out of his vehicle.

One person has been shot in the scuffle in Kibuye, along Entebbe road.
