These civil servants are paid 54 billion shillings per year yet they do not exist...but we still pay them?
And you'll find that the culprits behind these scams really believe that they are now "sharp"... for managing to focus all their "Pan-African" brains on theft & plunder. Aren't Ugandans wallowing in poverty and failed government health services?
If so then the greedy animals need a tyre around their neck!?!
