Meet Twins; Kato and Kakuru-Uganda's Brightest MIT Graduates

Have you heard of the famous Uganda Martyrs' SSS Namugongo twins? If not, you are missing out on a crucial part of a defining history.

If we are to speak of Child Prodigies, then these Twins are a wonder to behold. The former students at Uganda Martyrs SSS Namugongo have been ranked among Uganda's most intelligent people.

Katto went through Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he pursued a degree in electrical engineering, and was recognised for topping the 2007 UCE examinations and being the 1st in the National Mathematics Contest. He was also the best chess player in the school.

Kakuru joined Pepperdine University for a degree in engineering after his Senior Six. They both scored 25 points at A-level. One of them was called by UNEB having scored over 95% in the Physics Paper at A-Level.

They are Chess Wizards and the true description of 'brainees.'

 

Note: Kakuru became a transfer student of MIT after his 2nd year and both twins finished from MIT. They are the brightest twins ever.
