{UAH} UBC’s Owana Refuses to Die

Incredible info coming to us is that UBC's Tony Owana alias Old
Opagala recently rejected an offer to meet his creator.

This is after a reckless boda boda rider, whom he had hired to relay
his home, negotiated for his early demise by a crash on the hard
Kampala tarmac. Owana was seriously injured to the extent that he
fractured a leg. If his injuries had been to the head, he would be
history now just like his workmate, Bbaale Francis (R.I.P).

Owana has for the last whole season been "trapped" in plaster and
using six limbs, two of which are artificial. One wonders why for
years the encyclopedic journalist cum soldier cum lawyer has refused
to upgrade, completely and also, to using only modern, befitting
transport means to fit his status but he sure is excited to still be
consuming oxygen!
Why he is reluctant to join his ancestors we are not certain. For a
man who neither catches pints or chases skirts, what's his urge for?

Oh! Wait a second; there is 2016 and such other stuff.

But his numerous enemies may not want to hear any more of that and
they have many means at their disposal including transmitting on Maama
Phiona Extraterrestrial Broadcasting Services i.e paying the piper
(and we know some of them).

Among other duties, Owana presents Bwiino programme on Star TV on
Sunday afternoon with UPDF's Col. Kulayigye.
