{UAH} Which UPC candidate?

Forum,

I happen to be around Kampala and bumped into our forum colleague and my friend Joseph P. Ochieno enjoying himself with Mr Aliro Omara at the Lugogo Mall. I stopped by to greet them and dashed off, not wising to disrupt their 'peace ushered in by NRM' and also  because I felt that Joseph was strategising on how to win the UPC presidency.


If you were a neutral, or even UPC, which of the many candidates would you think can make a better party president for UPC?
