{UAH} 1.5 km buffer on Lake Victoria Shore lines

Creata a one and half kilometer buffer along Lake Victoria Shores.

Any person or persons now settled or who wish to settle in that buffer zone should pay an annual Tax of not less shs 50'000'000 UGx million 

in a half kilometer zone of the one and half indegenous fruit trees  should be planted to create a spectacular shoreline of tropical forests for both research, in marine and tropical forest ecology (flora and fauna) and eco-tropical forest tourism

How much money will be earned every year?
