In 2013, I made an appointment to meet the leadership of the Uganda Curriculum Development Center in Kyambogo, East of Kampala. I was keen to

 understand how they approach the question of educational reforms. The answer to

 

one question I asked was enough to whip my soul; I asked "How are curriculum reforms funded?". The answer; "Donors. They determine the

 reforms".

You must understand that the most effective Cultural Assassins sit on two important gates; Education and Media. The Gate-men of these two gates directly

 control family, religion, government, economy, Diaspora and the Arts.
