Lake Victoria, River Nile and probaby other lakes , i know Kyoga are under sever threate - wether it is NRM or  UPC or DP - we are time bad to save ourselves from real marine ecological collapse and entire economy appended to it!

You MUST have a documented potential of organising such a meeting in Kampala.
