{UAH} Col. Mande Loses Brother

For those who might have missed it, I gather from news around that Col. Samson Mande, a member of this forum, lost his brother Capt Katabazi, who died in Western Uganda in a motor accident, along with his wife.
Col. Mande is a member in this forum and without reference to political affiliation, let's send our condolences to him and his family.
