{UAH} Economic Autonomy - Bunyoro Toro, Acoli

Karamoja is gettiing lots of attention from Central Goverment.

Great Bunyoro - Kitara Kingdom and Acoli are not highly developed as other regions in the country in terms of infrastructure and human settlements.

Is it possible for Great Bunyoro - Kingdom and Acoli maybe some Lango via the Native Rights demand ratification of this

law to boost economic share and quicken infrastructure developments

in these kingdoms and Chiefdoms 

Or can a law be proposed for these regions to given special drawing rights and economic autonomy from national budgets to step up socio-economic transformation
