In Kampala many streets are named after British army commanders, Henry Colville, Gerlad Portal, Mackinon, Thruston, Berkely, etc. who conducted a nine-year war against Bunyoro-Kitara kingdom. They killed over two million Banyoro. Africa has fought wars against colonialism, but today, 2015 Uganda is honouring British army commanders who conducted  colonial wars against Africans.
