In order to boost marine and water related investments and development all around Uganda Lake shorelines government should gazatte tthese shorelines for special investment rights and taxation provision.

By the way how long are Uganda's Lake shorelines?

This is the trend world over - building and aquiring land along shorelines calls for special taxation, investment and buildings certficate rights - so that the rich can have total peace of mind.

Reduce taxation on household neccessisties; soap, paraffin etc
