{UAH} How many Dollars move out weekly

How many dollars move out of Uganda on a weekly basis as opposed to dollar inflow

Who can get us this data to look at Uganda and understand the extremely strange situation as opposed to a bigger economy like Kenya and investment hub Rwanda

Is this linked to corruption investigation? Right there has been worldwide money market instability but Uganda is a little bit strange.
