Masaka Grade 1 Magistrates court has remanded 3 supporters of ex-prime minister Amaama Mbabazi accused of holding an unlawful assembly. They are Moses Kasozi, Charles Ssebadawo, Charles Higiro and a 17 year old teenager. The suspects appeared on Tuesday before Masaka Grade 1 Magistrate Ann Komuhangi. Prosecution led by Shibah Byakutaaga told court that on Monday June 15, 2015 the suspects convened an unlawful assembly in Kitaka zone in Nyendo, a suburb of Masaka town. They also pinned up campaign posters of ex-prime minister Amama Mbabazi without authorization.
