MBABAZI'S KAUNDA SUIT RECOVERED ALONG ENTEBBE ROAD.

Was Afande Kale following orders with the heavy deployment of police and SFG along Entebbe Road in anticipation of Presidential aspirant Amama Mbabazi's return?

He failed to show up, oops, and intelligence blamed the poor weather.  The last time a simliar, sorry similar deployment did take place was when NRA closed in in on LRA before recovering his Kaunda suit.
