If I remember anything from Patrick Amama Mbabazi's BBC interview, it is the statement that Museveni gives himself credit for successes in the government and blames others for its failures. It is a statement that many Ugandans and those who have worked with Museveni have made. What is exceptional here is that it was being made by none other than Mbabazi himself. And Mbabazi says nothing that is not carefully thought through. He is not a talk-and-think-later person. He is think-before-you-talk or think first-then-talk. Now let me count those who have been blamed for sabotaging development:
1. Erias Lukwago for all woes of Kampala
2.Ken Lukyamuzi for delay of Bujagali
3.Ministers for confusion
4.Ugandan youth for being used like they belong to the gutter.
5.Ugandans for being poor!
6.Mbu those Ugandans who cannot afford a decent meal should not talk.
7.Doctors for the condition of Mulago hospital, although now we learn it was Mbabazi.
8.Run away corruption on Ugandans who are thieves.
9.Taking his daughters to give birth in Germany using the presidential jet on Ugandans and their doctors who can't be trusted.
10.Promotion and Bahiima Generals on mistakes on history
11.Youth unemployment for their refusal to do any job including working in bars or for studying the wrong subjects
12.Museveni recently said Uganda has 160,000 teachers on the payroll and therefore does not need any more teachers! He then advised the youth not to take education courses anymore.These are early signs of senility.
13.And past leaders for everything bad.
14.Obote for Luweero deaths. Kony for deaths in the north. Bad commanders for Teso genocide
15.Brig. Moses Rwakitarate took the fall for the choppers that crashed on Mt Kenya
16.M7 a political scientist, blames unemployment, on universities which keep teaching arts courses. He wants them to teach science courses. Like, how to make tear gas!!!

1-- Frank Tumwebaze for spewing nonsense;
2-- Tamare Mirundi for Buganda's failure to have federo
3--Ofwono Opondo's skin for too much melanini in our skins and climatic changes
4-- Kayihura for the death of Bukenya's son and Sheikh murders1. Erias Lukwago for all woes of Kampala
