{UAH} Ocen, Gook//Nobody has done more for UPC than me, says Akena

Folks;

Though Akena is skittish here about his financial resources, slippery about his association with Museveni, and defensive about his modest education, I still would not fault him for seeking the top job at UPC. 

My beef with him is that he uses thuggish mannerism to fight for the job.
