{UAH} Our Obsession MUST be planning 22 Municipalities

Our obsession should be to transform, upgrade and technologise the 22 municipalities into modern ecological, resilient, dynamic cities in the middle of Africa - with this Uganda will have more agr based activities and income with an appended techno-agro based industry.

This is where I want my children and grand children to live in plenty and extravagancy
