The wife of former Quebec premier Jacques Parizeau says the longtime Quebec sovereigntist icon has died. Lisette Lapointe says the 84-year-old passed away after what she called a ``titanic fight.'' Apart from her twit there is no information that has been released yet to explain what exactly happened here, but Parizeau has been out of the picture for some moment. And it is so funny for I was in Montreal all day yesterday and someone raised his name of why he is not heard from any more, and here we so are. Again as by a twit posted by his wife tonight, former Quebec premier a man that gave us so much grief with his sovereign stand, Jacques Parizeau has passed away.
