To those that follow what I post, I lamented about a lady from Uganda that got stabbed in our city to death, Nighisti Semret was a Ugandan of Eritrian origin  that got stabbed when she was coming from her place of work in the Delta Chelsea hotel to death. I also posted that an Adonay Zekarias was arrested and charged of first degree. Be informed that this case was sent to  the jury this morning, and in 3 hours the jury came back with a verdict of guilty in the first degree. There is going to be a sentence hearing in a few days to come but that conviction automatically carries a life sentence with a chance to apply for parole after 25 years. So we are done with this one we are only waiting for the sentence hearing which must end up with that sentence.

 

Our prayers go to NIghisti Semret’s son that has suffered so much under this ordeal.
