I understand from Secretary Henry Ford Mirima of the Bunyoro-Kitara
Kingdom that your pal Sarah kagingo has now been elevated by Kayibanda
to the exalted position of "Presidential Advisor".  For goodness sake,
when are you getting your own  promotion? And while at it, what
precisely does Sarah Kagingo advise Kayibanda on? She does not appear
very well endowed with the grey matter and looks a bit slow in the
uptake in my judgement. But I could be wrong. My champaigne is
chilling and I need to pull it out to celebrate your elevation, but if
I were you, when the good time comes, I would  insist on a job
description, unlike your pal Kagingo who makes hers on the bounce and
the doodle.
