Reminds me of some Zimba former schoolmates who told me that in a certain part of Zimbabwe the police will stop a motorist who is seen driving cautiously dodging and avoiding potholes but will not stop those speeding fast and straight over them. Most often, the stopped overly careful drivers are found to be drunk. Normal none-intoxicated motorists usually speed fast over the potholes and are often found not to be under the influence.
