Analysis: Sausage In The Mud. Transition From What?

One person might want to be politically persecuted these days: Amama Mbabazi a.k.a "Karya Sausage".
The current hounding of his supporters is becoming his licence to State House. It helps disgruntled citizens forget the former prime ministers corruption and draconian cadre record.
The police state is clearly infringing on political opponents freedom of expression and assembly on a daily basis. Ironically, the same reasons previously claimed to fight for liberation and bush wars. What have they learnt from the history they wrote themselves?
However, for the disgruntled citizens, though they might be desperate to attend Museveni's political burial (even the physical one for others), they first want to hear Mbabazi spilling the beans publicly before they trust him. Like Sejussa quickly did when he joined opposition.
People want to understand what bad things in the prevailing system has he witnessed that he now wants to transition us from?
Is it a mafia as others have alluded to? Is the Sectarian Master plan real? What was the pecking order in "the queue" that he mentioned? How was it arranged? Who were the participants?
Ndugu Sausage might also want to get in the political mud for police to grab him by the pants and toss him into the frying pan of understanding (jail) so that he becomes a living martyr (a dead one wouldn't help his ambitions, would it?)
But so far police/military seem to fear to touch their snack.
