Call Girl business is one of the latest  businesses in the country. It involves beautiful young girls offering themselves to any available rich man for company.

In this type of business, the client is left to determine the extent to which he will need the called girl's service. Usually in this high classed call girl service, time and location matter less.

In other words, the girl can be called by her daily customer to find him anywhere in the world at anytime. This type of business rarely requires a stationed office because most of the 'bookings' and payments are done on either on phone or on a one-on-one basis.

In simple terms, there's mutual understanding between the client and the called girl or her manager.

Who are 'Call Girls'?
According to Annet Kemigisha, one of the few managers who has been running a call business for three years now;
"Call girls are very beautiful young girls selected from different regions in the country to offer comfort and company as a service. As you read this, there are over 40 call girl providers in Kampala alone. Usually we offer our services to loaded men who love to be entertained or being around beautifully stunning girls.

We don't have stationed offices that's why we normally operate on phone or on social networks like Facebook, tweeter and by email. Sometimes bookings are done through an agent who could be the client's close friend or workmate who has to know the girl's manager. Most of the girls by the way are university students and a few of them are fresh graduates who find it hard to get a professional job. Most of them by the way don't want to work in offices and wait for a salary because here they are paid well and of course, they travel in different parts of the world.

How the Lucrative Business Started

Well, you know, just like all the other businesses out there, this whole call girl business started as a small simple joke. I remember for me I started it as a simple hook up thing. I think it was around 2010 while we were showcasing new brand of beer somewhere in Lugogo.

While we welcomed VIP guests as ushers on that day, some of the rich men kept giving me their business cards with words 'call me' written on them. I experienced this same incident on a number of other high profiled events that I worked in as an usher for almost eight months.

After sometime, I sat down and asked myself what I should do with the numerous contacts I had gathered of highly profiled men. You know, there are so many unemployed youth in the country who are trying each day to get employed in vain just because they don't have the right contacts. Now, I was with all most enough contacts of men who were willing to o anything to be with me and I guessed the same to every good looking young girl out there.

So I thought, it would be a good thing if I teamed up with my other unemployed girls and we met each one of the men that had given me a business card. Within three weeks I had got over twenty five good looking girls willing to join hands and meet the available clients. The month that followed I called all the men and briefed them how I had a good number of girls who would offer company whenever they felt in need.

My girls met some of the men and as I had earlier agreed with them, they were paid for meeting and talking or escorting them to their parties or out of the country for workshops. Since then, I have not looked back. The men who gave me their cards appreciated our services and linked us to a bigger network of their friends and workmates. That became my basis of forming a real company.

We are now governed by rules and regulations because I later found out that there were so many loopholes that were putting me and my girls in vulnerable positions.

The Rules involved
Of course, after discovering that some men were taking advantage of us, we had to set our paper work clear. Now, if you want our services, you pay all cash down. This depends on the number of hours or days you will be with my staff (girl). Secondly I must know you personally or at least one of my old clients must know you pretty well.

It is always good dealing with someone you know than a complete stranger. The other important rule is that the girl you have picked comes with a contract paper that you sign first. In the contract paper, you will find one of the sections that restrain you from doing anything to the girl unless you have mutual agreement.

Now, we agreed to leave that part to the girls to decide what they really want. You know some men ask for more than just escort and company. In other words they demand for sex. Now, the client has to personally agree with the escorting girl on that part. Usually there is mutual agreement because most of our clients are high profiled men working in responsible government sectors who wouldn't want to appear on the cover of tabloids being accused of rape or worst being dragged to court.

As I mentioned earlier, our clients are high profile men who have everything to lose if mentioned being involved in call girl business. However, I must mention 90% of them are married and just a handful are divorced or widowed. Usually it's the married ones we deal with on daily basis.

Why the married ones because they are the ones filled up with work and family stress. For them whenever they get the chance to be out on a workshop or on leave in a different country, just be sure that one of our girls will be by their side to cheer them up. I think some women especially the ones working too much yet they have families to look after are the ones that have made our job a little successful.

As years go on you discover that working families have less or no time to interact and this directly means that each partner will find something or somebody to fill in that gap. I am afraid that that somebody might be one of my girls.

Pricing and payment terms
Usually, the service of an average good looking girl cost between Shs450K to Shs700K per day. Prices depend on where you will be going with the girl. Far distances like for example overseas cost a little more than that. Normal female escorting we charge Shs300K of course other terms and conditions apply. Terms like the gal can charge extra for extra-co services activities.
As a company we pay the girls 40% percent of the signed money and the rest go to the company. All payments are done on cash basis.

How a client picks a girl
Usually I have an album with the profile of each girl. So when a client wants let's say escort girls, I meet him first, brief him and show him our album. Looking through the album, he makes a choice and I call the girl who meets him thereafter. This is usually for first time clients.

Recruitment
Most girls in town know people who are involved in this business and where it is carried out. They will always look for you on Facebook and link you up. Of course, we keep a well built business network and confidentiality. Usually recruitment is done at a friendly basis. If for example one of my staff sees a good looking girl, she will make friendship with her and later introduce her to the business.

If she likes it, she will join if she doesn't, we let go. By the way, most of events managers know how this business operates. When I am speaking of events mangers I mean, people who offer ushering services, some modeling agencies and female escorting services all these in one way or the other offer call girl services. You know it becomes hard and it's illegal to tell someone that I am recruiting you as a call girl.

However, in the process of offering female escorting or ushering you get to know that there are so many other services you as an individual and not the company can offer and get real money. So, most of the girls in the above mentioned services know this strategy.

When is the season booming
Usually it's between the end of the month or mid month where most corporate get their annual leave or salaries. This business gets more profitable by end of the year. Usually we get so many Kyeyo guys who want to spend their money in various countries in the world and don't have time to sit around and go through the hustle of dating a good looking girl who he will just hang out with.

Most of these men by the way just want fun. You know, there problem is that they can't date someone because all they need is a cheerful young and sexy person to enjoy life for that moment. This is so because they already have families and commitments somewhere else. And when you make such a man happy, be sure he will bring a friend the next day hence more and more money will be made., Usually stressed people know each other just like happy and joyous people always want to remain in their circles," reveals Annet.
