Is Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Kayibanda really in control of the country
if a so-called UPDF rogue Colonel can take over the whole of the Lango
region and terrorise the population for a full three months without
the authorities doing anything about it? Uganda is not just a failed
state; it is now a collapsed state that is slipping very fast into
anarchy. The sooner we take over and restore order, the better all
round for the country. First the Kiboko Death Squad is set up in
Mbarara and environs. And then this rogue UPDF Colonel Johnson
Lawrence Ochola takes over the whole of Lango region with its
population of more than 4 million people. In the meantime Mr Kayibanda
himself is on a junket to Burundi chasing up his rent-an-army
business. We have never sunk this low as a country.
