But seriously, how much do you think Museveni Kayibanda is going to
charge for this military adventure? Dont be surprised if he charges
$15 million for this useless escapade in Burundi, which is an exercise
in futility. His rent-an-army is still in business, I must admit.. He
is a very poor politician but a very good businesman with a an
excellent business plan for his rent-an-army. We Africans are a
cursed race.
