{UAH} GOOD LUCK TO ALL UAH FORUMISTS STANDING FOR VARIOUS POLITICAL POSTS
Friends,
I'm gonna be busy for a while. So, you may not see me as active on the forum as I have been. Some of our members particularly Ahmed Katerega Musaazi(SSEMBABULE), Judith Nabakooba(Mityana) and RDC Kampala, Aisha Kabanda(BUTAMBALA), intend to join the next parliament, and would like our support. Please support them in any way you can. They may be NRM but I can assure you that we have changed their perspective on so many things ever since they joined UAH.
UAH has fought a straight fight allowing all sorts of views to be expressed on its forums. It is worthy of all praise. Various subjects are under discussion. If things go on like this, we may predict a great success for our country. Bit by bit every Ugandan out there will come to appreciate its existence. Most of the Uganda newspapers are now one mass of lies such that I feel sorry for the people searching for news there. The entire country leadership too is swamped by a flood of lies: one is almost crushed by them, from 'I'm standing for my last term' to 'I want to stand as a sole candidate'.
For the moment our propaganda chiefly consists in contradicting lies. A disgusting task, but it has to be done. Somebody had to do it, anyway!
Off and on a bourgeois, like Frank Tumwebaze, crosses our path on UAH, and s/he is stubbornly unable to understand the present situation. He uses arguments that merely enter one ear and go out the other. It is useless trying to discuss things with such people, and thank God, most of them are quiet on the forum. They only reappear when UAH is closed and are out there denying being part of its membership and celebrating!
I would like to send special thanks to our regular UAH members on Google. These guys make me feel so proud. Despite the unbounded provocation these young men and women endure from our NRM friends, they preserve an incredible and admirable discipline. They rarely abuse anyone and are very good at moderating themselves without my input. With them one can achieve a revolution.
I'm just hoping that the Museveni will never try to punish any of us because of what we write in public interest. You know with this Government one has to go like a cat on hot bricks. Every outspoken word is forbidden; one must not call a spade a spade. But we have been OK with the govt so far, and hope it continues that way. Nobody should be imprisoned or arrested because of their political opinions on social networks.
With that, I wish every UAH member (NRM and opposition) standing for any post good luck, and a good Idil Fitri to everyone due on either Friday or Saturday this week. Go and look for votes using all means available to you, fight for your country, and remain a Ugandan at heart! God Bless!
Abbey
