Folks;

Raila Odinga is so connected within East Africa that he pretty much has a family-cum-personal friends in every county.  This is what scares some folks; that Raila has strong following across every Kenyan border.

He has spent his adult life productively. 

Raila inherited this trait from his father. When I met Jaramogi for the first time in 1986, he asked me specifically about my home village, my clan, etc. I was beyond belief when Jaramogi began asking about two people from my village, and a few more from other parts of Japland, including their particular clans.
