Turns out, the recent hiring of Patrick Ngugi as the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya was not in line with the Constitution. Even Jubilee-aligned MPs wonder why the Senate was not allowed to vet the nominee before President Uhuru rushed to formalize the appointment!
