What is wrong with UBC?

Why is this entity not investigated by parliament or the communication/ information ministry?

Is this a Uganda Pentacost Broadcasting Service?

 There is more such services than let us say children and youth education programming, Farming programming, Health programs, Technological and innovation program or programs designed to enlight the masses let us say on proper housing, slums, hygiene on UBC  - it is as if this UBC state television has no state funding yet there are advertisement all over it spread here there.

Now UBC does some awkard programming - agaffa embuga showing the president all the time. Museveni must be really tired of this becuase it does not give him the information he needs to develop the country!

Makerere has a lot of scientific innovations and I believe these researchers at Makerere and Kyambogo, Mulago, Mbarara or Gulu could come in to discuss their findings with the common people. 

But even then peasants north, east, west and south can talk about their issues which could make good viewing and inexpensive programming!

There is a real problem with this media house.
