{UAH} WHY NEED TO REVISIT THE FEDERAL PLEDGE?

​ The state of Uganda is a conglomeration of nations and administrative regions, which voluntarily come together to form one country.
Uganda in other words was formed on the basis of the principle of UNITY IN DIVERSITY and that unity rests on great constitution agreement like those dating from 1894,1955,1961 and 1962.

Federalism should course compromise in Uganda because since it was last scraped by gun-rule, the country has never settled. 
we are still engulfed by the tragedy of war and many of us doubt whether we have gained anything from 1962 independence
Uganda is what it is because of its History and Geography. It is a unique nation state with outstanding diversity attached to rich and spectacular culture, language, tradition and heritage. 
that common wealth as defined by Hamilton is a gift from God and should be harnessed
