SV: {UAH} CAREERS in UGANDA - UNAA Guest Speaker - UMEME MD, Mr Selestino Babungi

I suppose this could be the UMEME the electricity firm?

If so, some one over there please ask him when UMEME shall beging compensating clients for their rotten food
each time power cuts last longer than necessary? UMEME is in Paradise. They cut power at will while traders and the general
public are compelled to loses.

The government should come out with some formula to solve the power cut issues.

People buy the service so the provider must compensate the lost.

 Perhaps that would force UMEME to recruit or hire better capable service personal?
