{UAH} Acholi have never been in power - Edward Mulindwa

..........You seem to have a problem to understand that Museveni does now forget a person he hates. So the phenomenon that the war in Northern Uganda is about Acholis who can not accept that they can be in Uganda with out being in power is plainly silly. For if I look at it even more closer Acholis have never been in power in Uganda, except some I think tops one year when Tito Okello was a president. But record must as well indicate that we have not got a President in Uganda who went all the way to see that we must have peace in a given situation than Tito Okello during and after the peace talks. The same records must as well show that during the same talks, the only person who become a pain in you know what, was Paul Kawanga Ssemogerere, who happens to be a Muganda.
So I think that coming into this forum and any one states that Acholis are the ones fighting in the North for they want to be in power, is not only idiotic but comes from a derailed brain of an infant stuck in body of an adult.
Museveni hated Northerners from day one, again the entire NRM government was built on North versus South, and we can deny that all we want. But the point remains that when a problem popped up between the Bakiga and Batooro Museveni said he will work on it personally, but in Acholi he has to train the youths and arm them. Why didn\'t he arm the Batoro or the Bakiga? Again you have to be a critical thinker to get that answer. And in your being critical you remember what has happened to the people Museveni hates. Kayiira was murdered, Kassim Obura was hanged at a 5 minute notice, and we all know the history between those two, Alhaji Musa Ssebirumbi was hanged although the man was terribly sick and disabled.
