{UAH} Lukwago forms vigilante group

If our local, national and international community/partners  fail to prevail on the electoral process now, we are likely to witness blood bath as political vigilantes swing into action. This is not good yet it seems the only option left to other political groups that feel NRM through its support base from Kakoza Mutale will outdo them. Now we see opposition starting the same kind of "patriotism."

Kampala Lord Mayor Erais Lukwago has formed a vigilante group that he says will neutralise the crime preventers being trained by Maj. Roland Kakooza Mutale ahead of the 2016 general elections.

Lukwago said the group of over 70 youths is a well-trained and disciplined force that is not going to incite violence but rather contain actions of the crime preventers meant to oppress President Yoweri Museveni's opponents.

Mutale, a senior presidential advisor on political affairs is known for his infamous group Kalangala Action Plan (KAP) which reportedly harrased Museveni's opponents in the 2001 general elections.

 Mutale, last week passed out 250 crime preventers in Luweero district and said  they were equipped with political campaign tactics to drum up support for the incumbent President but not to beat up opponents.

We should disarm Kakoza Mutale first to set an example to other groups since Kakoza is synonymous with chaos and NRM. We should not just watch "crime preventers" being recruited when Kakoza openly tells us what they are being prepared to do, it has nothing to do with crime prevention but mobilization for the incumbent or is Kakoza lying?
