all my life i have never seen the gentleman issue a press commentary in whatever form and always wondered how he managed. often trapped, the most he could do was address press conferences which made me think he didn't take the media (print) seriously.

for those who wish to know, President Museveni tends to be most interactive. you can write a random article in the press and the next morning receive a surprise phone call either disputing what you wrote or saying kudos.

I have never know Mbabazi doing that. may be he was too busy or something. now he is really beginning to talk. i must add that his hangers-on have really cheated him. i haven't seen any useful PR they are doing for him on social media and mainstream other than fabricating and spewing sensationalistic titbits about nothing and anybody. soon they will be on his very neck.

Hopefully, he is now taking over his own image control and grooming. it's time, too!
