{UAH} How does Uganda (Africa) come out of Abject poverty

Uganda and indeed Africa have to find a way to stop abject poverty passon thorugh generations via : Lack of Education, Health Care, Housing and Child Care - with 21 trillion shillings we can't make it
Therefore increase urbanisation to mitigate the menace - the structure accrued will generate the funding neccessary to become a basis for the above needs. Discuss these and more issues at #UIDC_UG--
