{UAH} HOW many UPDF officers are attending the "US Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey Ca"?

Just for curiosity: I was at the "US Naval Postgraduate  school in California" to give a lecture. I happened to see the Ugandan flag. I happened meet one UPDF soldier briefly, Last name Isoke.Does anyone know how many UPDF soldiers are attending this school?
