It is official. Omar Kalinge is standing for President of Uganda 2016. Trending as team#ok.

Whoever has been following me on Facebook should have noticed this.

After several years of bush war heroics, another 'outsider' has shown up. No background of privilege, guns or power. Just the few years spent at school and 20 years of protracted democratic struggle often in very quiet roles. Well, everything has its own time. ‪#‎ok‬.

If you find it worthy, please mention it to others.

As you can see, the expected ballot paper so far has not had someone who looks like me, and with my type of profile.

Info circulating on social media and from political circles house a rumour of Eng Omar Kalinge housing presidential ambitions. This acording to reliable sources explain his abrapt resignation that probably forced Jeema to deffer its delegates conference.

I know swaibu nsereko may deny this also like any good spokesperson he want to first anounce the date of his anouncement
