{UAH} KAKOOZA MUTALE IS SIMPLY AN EMBARASSMENT TO UGANDANS!

Wouldn't that be a pisser if all those now violating the rights of fellow Ugandans suddenly find themselves targeted for 'liquidation' once the Museveni govt is out of power.Ugandans have been cowed into silence while their power-obsessed government is pampering madpuppies like Kakooza Mutale.Demonstrably, something is wrong with this gentleman if he thinks that he's gonna get away with whatever he is planning for Ugandans in the coming elections. This is 2015 not 2001, and he will pay a big price under international laws if he continues with his plans.

I don't know why people like Maj.Kakooza hate the idea of 'progress'. Let Museveni use money to buy an election, after all, it will only affect our economy in the short term, but he shouldn't bring back violence please. We could find a way to progress from this dictatorship without any more blood shed.

For instance,what separated the West from other cultures,like China, is the idea of progress. I recommend "History of the Idea of Progress" by Robert Nisbet (1980). 600 years ago, China was technologically way superior to Western Europe. Still it is Western Europeans who took over most of the world (the Americas,Australia, most of Africa). The Chinese education system was oriented toward the study of the Confucian classics so students could write "eight-legged essays" about them. The Chinese 'Kakooza-Mutales' could beat and lock up anybody who opposed their leaders.There was no institution equivalent to a university where original research was prized.The best a scientist could hope for was to create a playtoy that would amuse the emperor. People were only doing things just to impress their dictators instead of thinking of ideas that could propel them to the next level. Musicians only composed songs that could impress leaders--hello Bebe cool!

Between 1492 and 1914, Europeans conquered 84% of the globe. Indian dynasties never went out of the sub-continent, and Chinese dynasties never went out of East Asia. But European civilization expanded to every corner of the world. It seems that the Indians and Chinese never even tried to do that when they obviously could do so. Cheng Ho's fleet was more like an exhibition, and didn't aim to rule or conquer or open up trade.

Similarly, Africa is going through a similar process with people failing to think beyond those leading them.Seriously, why would you wanna kill , arrest or torture someone because they dont support Museveni anymore as president? Its simply disgraceful and utterly disgusting. We could do a lot as Ugandans if we stop thinking that without Museveni, the nation called Uganda will be finished. Trust me, Museveni will go one day but Uganda will remain.

Instead of creating crime preventers almost everywhere, let the state bolster the police recruitment exercise--let them increase the numbers if the funds are available.
