{UAH} MP Ayena sues MP Amongi over shs.103M fraud

Folks;

Did the MP for Oyam South, Betty Amongi arrange for her fellow MP (for Oyam County, Krispus Odongo Ayena,) to be held hostage for a shs. 103M ransom, during the 2011 general elections?

That's what this suit alleges. 

Now, the question arises: why did  Odongo Ayena wait this long to demand his money back? Moreover, why didn't he report to authorities the immediate and more felonious aspect of his allegations, namely being kidnapped and held for ransom?

While Ms. Amongi's recent supporting role in her husband, Jimmy Akena's barbaric attempt to become UPC president left a sour taste in me, I find these charges being leveled against her filled with holes.
