The media are compelling every presidential aspirant who picks forms from the EC to make a statement in Luganda. Must one know Luganda to rule Uganda? Amin also addressed the UN General Assembly in Luganda.

But Otunnu is never bothered by journos....is that selective Lugandarisation?
