{UAH} Ocen, WBK//Julian Bond, former NAACP chairman, dies at 75

Mr. Bond was a great friend of Uganda. He and former New York Mayor, David Dinkins, went to great length to provide for President Binaisa in New York in the early 1990's. Julian Bonds would frequently drop by the Columbus Avenue apartment to check of QC, as Binaisa was fondly called by people who knew him.

It was common to find him, Dinkins and QC at the Harvard Club in the early evenings.
